  • Once a wig has been worn, altered, styled, or removed from its original packaging, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Returns are only accepted if:

    • The wig is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including tags, uncut lace and netting).

    • The return request is made within [3–7] days of delivery.

    • You have obtained a Return Authorization from us before sending it back.

    Non-returnable items include:

    • Wigs that have been used, cut, or washed.

    • Custom orders or special requests.

    • Sale or discounted items.

    We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

    If a product is defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll gladly assist with a replacement or store credit. The wig can be returned if the tag is still intact and the lace has not been cut. We do not accept returns if the hair has been used.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. However, you can get refunds on products only if they are not used or damaged and returned in the same condition as were received.

  • By booking an install, you give TULSIIHB permission to cut the lace, meaning the wig cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Pre-order takes maximum 3 weeks to arrive at your doorstep

  • Yes. All human hair sheds, including raw donor hair. Minimal shedding is normal and expected, especially during brushing, washing, styling, and wear. Shedding does not indicate a defective product and is not grounds for a refund.

  • Yes. Raw donor hair is high maintenance and must be cared for like natural hair. Clients are responsible for proper washing, conditioning, detangling, and product use. Damage or shedding caused by improper care is not the responsibility of the business.

  • Lace adhesive is not permanent. Glue may lift due to body chemistry, sweat, oil, heat, daily activities, or styling. This is especially common with Lagos hairline styling, which requires precise lace placement and regular maintenance.

    Glue lifting does not indicate a faulty wig.

  • After the initial installation, the client is responsible for maintaining the lace and hairline, including glue touch-ups and cleaning.

    Lace or hairline lifting does not qualify for a refund unless the client books a lace and hairline retouch service with us.

  • No. Worn or used wigs, shedding, lace lifting, or glue issues do not qualify for a full refund. Where applicable, a revamp, repair, or partial refund may be offered at the business’s discretion.

  • By completing a purchase, the client confirms they have read and agreed to all hair maintenance, lace, and refund policies prior to checkout.
