Once a wig has been worn, altered, styled, or removed from its original packaging, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns are only accepted if:
The wig is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including tags, uncut lace and netting).
The return request is made within [3–7] days of delivery.
You have obtained a Return Authorization from us before sending it back.
Non-returnable items include:
Wigs that have been used, cut, or washed.
Custom orders or special requests.
Sale or discounted items.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
If a product is defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll gladly assist with a replacement or store credit. The wig can be returned if the tag is still intact and the lace has not been cut. We do not accept returns if the hair has been used.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, you can get refunds on products only if they are not used or damaged and returned in the same condition as were received.

By booking an install, you give TULSIIHB permission to cut the lace, meaning the wig cannot be returned or refunded.
